Pet Waste Station Installation and Service in Greater Cincinnati

We install pet waste stations where your residents actually walk their dogs, then keep them working: bags restocked, liners replaced and bins emptied on a schedule. The hardware is the easy part. The weekly visit is what keeps your common areas clean.

How Station Service Works

🗺️

1. We Walk the Property

Before anything goes in the ground we look at where dogs are already being walked: trail heads, the route to the dog run, the lawn by the mailboxes. Stations go where they will be used, not where they look tidy on a site plan.

2. We Install Them

Clean, sturdy stations with a bag dispenser and a lidded bin, set and secured so they stay upright through a Cincinnati winter and a landscaping crew's mower.

3. We Keep Them Stocked

Every scheduled visit we refill bags, replace the liner and empty the bin, and we scoop what the station did not catch if you pair it with common-area service. You get a note when the visit is done.

Why Most Pet Waste Stations Stop Working

We service a lot of stations that somebody else installed. The pattern is always the same. The station went in, the first case of bags ran out, and nobody owned the refill. Within a month the dispenser was empty, the bin was overflowing and residents had learned that the station was decoration.

An empty dispenser hands a dog owner a reason to walk on. An overflowing bin is worse than no bin, because it tells the whole community nobody is checking. Stations only cut down on waste when the service behind them is boringly reliable, which is the part we are built for.

If your community already has stations that are not being kept up, we can take over the service without replacing the hardware. For how stations fit into a wider plan, read our guide to ending the HOA pet waste complaint cycle.

Stations Catch Some of It. We Scoop the Rest.

Even a well-placed, well-stocked station only works when the owner is standing right there. Most of the communities we serve pair station service with scheduled commercial pet waste removal of the lawns, courtyards and dog runs, on the same visit by the same crew. Ground-in mess on breezeways and patios gets handled with power washing.

We serve apartment communities, HOAs, parks and vet offices across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Pet Waste Station Questions, Answered

Do you install pet waste stations in Cincinnati?

Yes. The Doo Doo Doctor installs pet waste stations for HOAs, apartment and condo communities, parks and veterinary offices across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and we keep them stocked and emptied after they go in.

Do you restock the bags and empty the bins?

That is the whole point of our station service. On every scheduled visit we refill the bag dispenser, replace the liner and empty the bin. A station with an empty dispenser hands a resident a reason not to pick up, and an overflowing bin tells everyone nobody is checking.

How many stations does a community need, and where do they go?

It depends on how your residents actually move. We walk the property before we install anything and place stations at the spots dogs already use: trail entrances, the path to the dog run, the lawn by the mail kiosk, the strip residents cross on the way to the parking lot. Stations in the wrong place stay full of bags and do nothing.

Do you also scoop the common areas?

Yes. Stations cut down on what gets left behind, but they do not pick anything up on their own. Most communities pair station service with scheduled scooping of lawns, courtyards and dog runs under one commercial pet waste removal plan, on the same visit.

Can I get a pet waste station for my own backyard?

You can. Most of our station work is for shared spaces, but we can set one up at a home too. For a single yard, many of our customers find a recurring scooping plan does the same job with nothing to maintain, and we will tell you honestly which fits.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract is required. Station service runs on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule that you can adjust by calling us, and we can add stations as your community grows.
